Applied as a closure device for power plant (thermal power plants, central heating power plants, hydroelectrical power plants) equipment and pipelines that transport water and steam.
Valve control is maintained by the following types of actuators: electric actuator of different manufacturers (Э), handwheel (М), spur gear drive (ЦЗ) or bevel gear drive (КЗ).
Sealing surface – corrosion resistant steel facing.
Shutoff class – “С” according to GOST Р 54808-2011.
End connection – butt welded.
Medium flow direction – all.
Installation position of gate valves on the horizontal pipeline – actuator upward. For convenient maintenance gate valve installation is acceptable on the horizontal pipeline in any position of the upper semicircle, on the vertical pipeline – considering installation requirements of electric actuator according to its maintenance documentation.
Gate valves designed for limit pressure PN 100 – can be used at operating characteristics in the range of 10 Mpa (100 kgs/cm 2), 200 ºС to 3,6 Mpa (36 kgs/cm 2), 455 ºС; for PN 63 – from 6,3 Mpa (63 kgs/cm 2), 200 ºС to 2,3 Mpa (23 kgs/cm 2), 455 ºС.
Climatic version – U3 (moderate macroclimate, outside and inside operation) according to GOST 15150.
