Applied as throttle regulators of fast-response pressure-reducing and desuperheating station (fast-response PRDS) designed for superheated steam discharging during startups and stops of power generation, turbine load falloffs and when pipeline pressure exceeds accepted value.
Valves control is maintained by an electric actuator.
Closed position provides leakfree shut-off of the valve.
Sealing surface – corrosion resistant steel facing.
Material of body – steel 15X1М1ФЛ.
Shutoff class – “С” according to GOST Р 54808-2011.
End connections – butt welded.
Medium flow direction – following the arrow sign on the body.
Installation position of valves equipped with electric actuator is only on the horizontal pipelines positioning rod upward.
Climatic version – U3 (moderate macroclimate, outside and inside operation) according to GOST 15150.
